Located between the neighborhoods of Chamberí and Chueca, the building was designed by the architect José María Mendoza Ussía as the headquarters of the old Biscayan company Spanish litter bin .
Maintaining the essence of the mansion and some of its most unique elements, such as the central patio, the stained glass windows or the tiles on the façade, the architect Antonio Obrador has carried out a careful intervention in its interiors. In addition to its 78 rooms and suites, some of them with a terrace, there is a water area (on the lower floor) with various treatments.
